Gerai does not currently publish an automated public status feed, uptime history, or universal availability commitment. Discuss operational reporting requirements before onboarding.

This is not a live status dashboard

Gerai publishes this page as an honest route for checking and reporting possible service issues. A reliable public status indicator requires verified live data; this page will not display a simulated indicator, invented uptime metric, or unverified incident history.

Checking a possible interruption

If Gerai appears unavailable or a feature is not behaving as expected:

  1. record the affected storefront, page, or workflow and the approximate time;
  2. check whether the issue occurs in another browser or network, where practical;
  3. confirm whether a connected third-party service is reporting its own interruption; and
  4. contact Gerai if the issue persists or materially affects your operations.

These checks help distinguish a Gerai service issue from a local connection, browser, merchant configuration, or connected-provider issue. They are not a requirement before reporting an urgent concern.

Reporting an issue

Email hello@gerai.shop with the subject “Service status” and include the information available to you. Useful details include:

  • the affected storefront, account, page, or feature;
  • the date, time, and time zone of the problem;
  • the observed error message or behaviour;
  • steps that reproduce the issue; and
  • screenshots or request identifiers that do not expose passwords or payment credentials.

Security concerns should also be sent to the same address and can be framed using the guidance on the Security at Gerai page.

Incident communications

When Gerai confirms a service incident, communication depends on the nature, scope, and affected parties. Gerai may contact affected merchants directly using available account or support channels. Updates may cover what is known, practical workarounds, recovery, and any follow-up action relevant to the recipient.

This public page does not promise a particular update interval or response time. The Incident Response page describes the stages Gerai uses to assess and handle reports without imposing fixed time promises.

Service and dependency scope

A merchant’s Gerai experience can involve its own devices and networks as well as connected services such as licensed payment gateways. Those providers operate under their own terms and status processes. Gerai does not present their system state as its own verified status.

No universal public service level applies merely because this page is available. See Service Levels for how written agreements govern any specific availability or support commitments.
