Bring the merchant relationship. Build the operating model together.
Gerai discusses partnerships with agencies, commerce operators, merchant networks, and ecosystem providers that already understand the sellers they serve. This is an inquiry page, not a catalogue of pre-approved programmes.
Where a conversation may fit
The useful starting point is a real group of merchants and a clear delivery responsibility. We are interested in arrangements where each party can state what it brings, who supports the merchant, and how claims made to sellers will be reviewed.
- Agencies and studios
- Pair local client strategy and account ownership with Gerai’s commerce delivery.
- Merchant networks
- Explore a defined onboarding path for an association, portfolio, or seller community.
- Commerce operators
- Discuss co-delivery when catalogue, campaign, or operational work is shared.
- Ecosystem providers
- Evaluate a practical integration or referral around payments, delivery, and commerce.
Models we can scope
A first conversation can cover referral, co-delivery, a merchant cohort, or a more tailored commercial structure. None is active merely because it is listed here: responsibilities, eligibility, economics, support, data handling, and public language must be agreed in writing.
White-label is a scoped discussion, not a live self-serve product
We can discuss whether a partner-branded delivery model is appropriate. Gerai does not currently advertise an off-the-shelf white-label console or an immediately available reseller programme. Any such arrangement would need a written scope covering brand presentation, merchant contracting, support ownership, tenant operations, security, data roles, service boundaries, and commercial terms.
What to bring to the first discussion
A useful inquiry is specific enough to test. Tell us the countries involved, the merchants you serve, approximate cohort and catalogue sizes, current sales channels, the role you want to keep, the role you want Gerai to take, and the outcome you would test first.
- Merchant context
- Country, category, business stage, languages, channels, and catalogue profile.
- Partner role
- Sales, onboarding, catalogue work, account management, support, or another clear duty.
- First test
- A bounded cohort or merchant journey with a result both parties can inspect.
- Constraints
- Brand, compliance, data, integration, geography, timeline, and procurement requirements.
Start with an inquiry, not a programme application
Send the context above to hello@gerai.shop. We will decide whether there is a concrete discussion to have and, if there is, identify the claims and operating boundaries that need to be tested before a broader proposal.
