A Singapore shop in your own name.

We’re preparing an invite-only pilot for Singapore makers and small businesses. Bring your brand, product photos and ready-to-ship stock. Prepare your own shop, preview it privately, then request a Gerai launch review. Assisted setup is available if you need help.

Start with what you already make.

You do not need an existing website. A home-based jewellery maker can begin with a small collection, her own photographs and a clear delivery promise.

Your brand
Choose your shop name, colours and layout. The first pilot shop uses your own branded gerai.shop address.
Your products
Add photos, SGD prices, available stock, parcel weight and accurate details. Check materials, sizes and colours before approving the catalogue.
Your policies
Set customer contact details, delivery timing, returns and privacy information. Keep the first collection ready to ship; discuss personalization or made-to-order work separately.
Review before launch
Prepare your store yourself and view a private preview. Gerai reviews the catalogue, payments and fulfilment before the shop opens. Public registration is not open yet.

Download a fictional jewellery catalogue to try CSV import. It creates drafts; replace the sample details and add your own photos before review.

Your own Stripe account.

Paid launch requires an eligible Singapore Stripe account that you control. If you do not have one, create and activate your account with Stripe first. Connect it to Gerai by signing into Stripe, keeping control of your account and bank relationship.

Account connection, a purchase and a refund must be checked before paid launch. Available cards and local payment methods depend on your Stripe account; PayNow availability is confirmed during that check.

Delivery you can fulfil.

The first pilot covers domestic Singapore delivery. Set your delivery charge and dispatch timing, then arrange delivery yourself. Buyers use a Singapore address, a six-digit postcode and a +65 contact number.

Accept paid orders in the merchant app, pack them, add tracking when available and mark them complete. Courier booking and live courier rates are outside this pilot.

Keep a clear order trail.

Buyers keep an order-status link to check payment and delivery. They can also add an email for order updates. We’ll agree and test your customer notification process before launch; a WhatsApp contact link alone does not send automated receipts.

Check the merchant app for new paid orders and keep customers informed. The walkthrough includes an abandoned checkout, a sold-out item and a refund, so you know how to handle more than the happy path.

Share your shop from Instagram.

Put your shop or product link in the Instagram bios, stories and conversations you already use. Customers follow the link and purchase on your own branded storefront.

Connections to Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop are future expansion, outside the first shop launch and not generally available. Each connection needs an eligible seller account, provider approval and a completed trial before activation. Marketplace buyers pay through that marketplace’s checkout.

Reserve separate stock for your website, each connected marketplace and pop-up events before offering it for sale. Record pop-up sales against their allocation. A cancelled or refunded order does not make an item available again until its stock is reconciled.

Prepare your first shop.

Tell us your business name, product category, approximate collection size and the channels you use today. We’ll confirm pilot scope, pricing and responsibilities before you commit; an invitation does not mean payments or launch have already been approved.
