A smaller share as your platform sales grow.
Gerai’s public plans use commission on sales made through the Gerai platform. Mula has no monthly platform fee and a 4% commission; Growth is 2%; Scale is 1%. Any other commercial terms are confirmed in your merchant agreement, not guessed on this page.
The three public plans
Every plan starts with the same operating principle: the merchant remains the seller, licensed payment providers handle buyer funds, and Gerai supplies the storefront and commerce workflow. The right plan depends on sales stage and operating scope.
| Plan | Monthly platform fee | Commission on platform sales | Designed for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mula | None | 4% | An entry route for a seller launching or proving an owned online channel |
| Growth | Confirmed in the merchant agreement | 2% | A merchant with repeat platform sales and a broader operating requirement |
| Scale | Confirmed in the merchant agreement | 1% | A higher-volume or more tailored operating relationship |
What Gerai configures, and what depends on provisioning
Gerai configures a branded storefront and a human-reviewed catalogue prepared from merchant source material. Production payments, delivery, and WhatsApp ordering depend on the selected provider, the merchant’s completed KYC, and the provisioning finished for that merchant and market. Availability therefore varies by country, merchant eligibility, provider onboarding, and the agreed build scope. Gerai never holds buyer funds.
- Merchant responsibility
- The merchant remains responsible for its product sales and customer obligations under the merchant agreement.
- Payment settlement
- Payment handling and settlement follow the selected licensed provider’s activated account and contract, including any holds, reserves, and processing conditions. Gerai never holds buyer funds.
- Launch scope
- Catalogue size, migration work, integrations, and support are agreed before launch.
- Provider charges
- Payment, messaging, courier, domain, or other third-party charges may also apply.
Planned access is not live functionality
Two items may appear in plan discussions before their production runtime exists. We label them plainly so an entitlement is not mistaken for a feature that can be switched on today.
| Item | Public status | What that status means |
|---|---|---|
| Mula marketplace access | Planned — not live | Mula’s scope is limited to one supported marketplace. No marketplace connector or sync is live today, and this planned capability is not required for the owned storefront to operate. Pilot interest can be raised for a scoped discussion. |
| AI Cofounder | Planned pilot — not generally available | AI Cofounder is separately priced and is not included in Mula, Growth, or Scale. No customer-facing AI Cofounder is live today. Pilot scope, participants, safeguards, data use, and commercial terms must be agreed separately, and it is not part of the current production storefront runtime. |
Mula’s 60-day no-sale sunset
Mula sunsets after 60 consecutive days with no platform sale. This is the approved rule for Mula’s no-monthly-fee entry.
The signed merchant agreement controls what counts as a platform sale, notice, when the 60-day period begins or resets, outstanding obligations, data retention and export, and any transition or reactivation. Read the public Terms of Service for the relationship between this page and a separate merchant agreement.
Price the real operating scope
Bring the country, catalogue size, current channels, expected platform sales, and any migration requirement. We will show the working product and put the applicable commission, fixed charges, provider costs, and planned entitlements into a written proposal before you commit.
